Self-care for me today was doodling in my journal about those things I love or wish for, for my office. I want it to match the new me I’m evolving into & I want to add a little more of me into my space too. So today was me paying more attention to my surroundings, cause I feel that they affect me in such a big way these days.
I ask myself, how can this space be more aligned & accepting & accommodating to me & my self-care today? A lot of ways, it turns out. It’s proof on my doodle page. I’ve envisioned it in my mind, from my heart. That’s the first step. I’m looking forward what these little doodles can do for me & how they will become a reality when the timing is just right. Self-care is letting myself wish & dream this beautiful space.
